Before the Run. Arrive early, check in if required, listen to announcements, and position yourself with the appropriate pace group.
During the Run. Follow the route and directions provided by run leaders. Stay aware of traffic, pedestrians, and fellow runners. Respect personal space and communicate clearly when passing. Notify a run leader if someone needs assistance or falls behind.
After the Run. Cool down safely, engage respectfully, and show appreciation to pacers, volunteers, and organizers.
